A traditional alarm tells you something happened. A smart home security system helps you stop it from happening and lets you act from anywhere. Your sensors, cameras, and smart devices share one platform, so they can respond to each other: lights turn on when a camera sees a person, the thermostat sets back when you arm away, and the app reminds you when the garage is still open after you leave.

What you can connect
Smart security panels and sensors
The smart security panel is the center of the system. It is a touchscreen with built-in cellular communication and backup power, encrypted wireless sensors, and crash and smash detection, so an intruder cannot silence it by smashing the keypad. Door and window sensors and motion detectors are the core of intrusion protection, and motion sensors can be adjusted to ignore pets up to 40 pounds.
Smart cameras and video doorbells
Smart home cameras send real-time alerts when they see a person or vehicle, instead of only recording for review after the fact. A video doorbell lets you see and talk to whoever is at the door from your phone, and a floodlight camera lights up and warns visitors at dark corners of the property.
Smart locks and garage control
Ever leave and wonder if you locked the door or closed the garage? With smart locks and garage control, the app reminds you and lets you secure the house with one tap. Give family members, guests, and service providers their own codes and get an alert each time a code is used.
Smart thermostats and lighting
Smart home energy features let you schedule your heating, cooling, and lights, set the thermostat back automatically when the system is armed away, and have it pause if smoke or carbon monoxide is detected to limit the circulation of fumes. Smart bulbs and outlets can turn on at the right time to make the house look lived in.
Water leak detection
Smart water leak detection uses water sensors and a smart shut-off valve to alert you to leaks and, if you choose, shut off the water main automatically before a small leak becomes a flooded floor.
Smoke, heat, and carbon monoxide sensors
Wireless smoke and heat detectors give early warning with audio and visual alerts, report tampering and low battery, and offer about three years of battery life with typical use. Monitored smoke, carbon monoxide, and water sensors notify our monitoring center as well as you, which matters most when nobody is home.
