If you're on autopay, there's nothing you need to do each month.

- Alarm.com Login: arm and disarm, view cameras, get alerts, and manage smart home devices. Most Sting systems use Alarm.com, and the Alarm.com app works the same way on your phone.
- Resideo Login: for systems that use Resideo.

Log in to the Sting Customer Portal to pay your bill, update your payment information, or request service. If you have not set up an online account yet, you can create one from the portal's login page.
Which login do I use to arm my system or view my cameras?
Use your Alarm.com login (or the Alarm.com app) for most Sting systems. If your system uses Resideo, use the Resideo login. Your billing account is separate, in the Sting Customer Portal.
I'm an AZ Alarm customer. Where do I pay?
AZ Alarm has joined Sting Alarm. Set up your online account in the Sting Customer Portal to pay your bill, update payment information, or request service. If you are on autopay, there is nothing you need to do.
