Everything you need, on day one
A complete starter system, professionally installed, so your new home is protected before the boxes are even unpacked.
- New Qolsys IQ Panel 5: a touchscreen panel that is the smart hub for your whole home.
- Video doorbell: see who is at the door and answer from anywhere, included at no cost.
- Door and window sensors (3): know the moment a door or window opens, part of your base system.
- Motion sensor: covers the rooms that matter most, part of your base system.
- Leak and freeze sensor: catches a water leak or a freezing pipe early, before either becomes a real repair bill in your new home.
- Smart plug: plug in a lamp or small appliance and turn it on or off from your phone, or put it on a schedule.
Starting at just $99. Base system starts at $99 and requires a 3-year agreement with video-enabled security monitoring service. Standard monitoring rates apply. Available to Crighton Rinaldi Team clients on qualifying new installations.
Everything runs through the Alarm.com app
Your panel, cameras, sensors, and monitoring all connect through the Alarm.com app, so you are never juggling separate logins. It is the same app whether you are checking a live camera, arming the system on your way out, or letting a guest in from across town.
- Arm and disarm from anywhere
- Live video and instant alerts on your phone
- Control locks, thermostats, and the garage door from the same app
- Share access with family and revoke it just as easily
Why Crighton Rinaldi Team trusts Sting Alarm
Sting Alarm has protected Las Vegas homes and businesses since 2003. We are local and independently owned, with over 1,000 five-star Google reviews, and licensed for integrated security and fire protection in Nevada and Arizona. One vendor, one number to call, and no piecing together separate companies for cameras, alarms, and fire protection.
- Integrated security and fire protection: cameras, alarms, and fire in one system from one company.
- White-glove service from your first call to your final walkthrough.
- A dedicated advisor who designs your system around your new home's actual layout, not a one-size-fits-all package.
Expand your system anytime
Ask your advisor about adding any of these to your welcome system:
- Floodlight camera: outdoor camera with built-in lighting and motion alerts.
- Smoke detectors: smoke and heat detection tied into your monitored system.
- Thermostats: control your home's temperature from the same app as your security.
- Door locks: lock and unlock your doors remotely, no more hidden keys.
- Garage door opener: close the garage from anywhere, or get an alert if it is left open.
