Sting Alarm Acquires Shield Fire and Security
(Las Vegas, NV) — Sting Alarm announced today the acquisition of Shield Fire and Security, a Las Vegas-based residential and commercial fire and security business.
Since being founded in 2009 by John Verville, Shield Fire and Security has provided their customers with the highest quality safety and security solutions, along with unbeatable customer service.
Sting Alarm will gain all Shield Fire and Security customers and immediately begin servicing during the transition.

This is Sting Alarm’s third acquisition over the past six month. In June 2022, Sting Alarm purchased Signal Fire, a Las Vegas fire protection focused on service excellence. In July 2022, Sting Alarm acquired Nexsys, a commercial alarm integrator in Las Vegas which specialized in the design, installation, and management of security systems for businesses.
